CANCELLATION POLICY
• A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a minimum charge of 50% up to 100% of the scheduled service. • No-shows and arrivals 10+ minutes late are subject to a minimum charge of 50% up to 100% of the scheduled service. • Late arrivals may receive a shortened service and will still be charged the full service price. • Confirmation messages are sent 48 hours prior — failure to confirm may result in your appointment being released to another client. • All applicable taxes and fees apply.
